Bikelife cvba (BE0642.870.765) does everything possible to communicate this information correctly, however, there might occur situations where delivery is impossible. This can be due to unintentional incorrect stock data or products no longer available from suppliers. In these cases, Bikelife cvba will notify you as soon as possible and propose a solution.

The products offered by Bikelife cvba comply with legal standards and can be sold online.
Warranty

Bikelife cvba follows the official warranty guidelines of its suppliers, which may vary by brand. Warranty handling will be at the expense of Bikelife cvba, except for the shipping costs incurred by the consumer to return the product to us.
Defects

You are obligated to carefully inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. During this, you need to verify whether the delivered goods meet the agreement:

- Were the correct goods delivered?
- Do the delivered goods meet the agreed quality standards or – if these are missing – the standards that can be set for normal use?
- If a visible defect or shortcoming is found, you must report this to Bikelife cvba within 3 working days after delivery via info@bikelife.be.
- A non-visible defect should be reported by the consumer within 14 days via info@bikelife.be.
- The costs for returning goods that do not meet the description of the offer are borne by Bikelife cvba.
Force Majeure

Force majeure refers to all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, on which Bikelife cvba cannot exert influence, but which prevents Bikelife cvba from meeting its obligations.
Bikelife cvba also has the right to invoke force majeure if the circumstance that prevents (further) fulfillment occurs after Bikelife cvba should have fulfilled its obligation.
During force majeure, the delivery and other obligations of Bikelife cvba are suspended. If the period in which Bikelife cvba cannot fulfill its obligations due to force majeure lasts longer than 8 weeks, both parties are entitled to dissolve the agreement, without any obligation to pay compensation.
Prices

The prices of the goods are communicated to you before checkout. All prices are in Euros and include VAT, Recupel, BEBAT, and Reprobel. Shipping costs are stated separately.
If Bikelife cvba agrees on a certain price with you, Bikelife cvba is still entitled to increase the price.
Offers are valid while stocks last.
If a price increase occurs after the agreement has been concluded, you can terminate the agreement regardless of the percentage of the increase.
A personalized quote has a validity period of 2 weeks, unless another term is mentioned in the quote.
Questions and complaints

Complaints or disputes must be reported within 7 days of delivery. In case the complaint is found to be justified, our liability is limited to the exchange of the goods. Any liability of the seller is limited to the actual amount paid for the order.
Bikelife cvba handles questions and complaints within a period of 7 calendar days.
Disputes

All offers and agreements are exclusively governed by Belgian law, excluding the principles of legal conflicts in space.
All disputes related to or arising from offers of Bikelife cvba, or agreements made with it, will be submitted to the competent court in Halle, unless a mandatory legal provision expressly designates another court as competent.
